We had a great, authentic Asian curry at Indish bistro. Dare I say it one of the best karahi I’ve ever had.The staff are so friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the non alcoholic beer and wine. The menu is confusing and at first we panicked there wasn’t any curries as it isn’t prominent on the menu. However we had the 1kg karahi to share between 3 then a panner desi handi and it was all so good. Can’t wait to come back.

Me and a friend tried Indish restaurant even though we knew that they don't sell alcohol and you can't bring your own drink . I was very impressed with the restaurant, it looked beautiful. We went at five pm and we were the only people in there. The waiter was very nice, he knew everything on the menu. We tried the chicken khari and asked for chicken breast, off the bone. It can come on the bone and you can have chicken thigh if you wish. When it arrived, it was in a huge dish, which was for sharing. I wasn't ready for the sheer size of it. It smelt flagrantly delicious and was just as tasty. That was far too much for 2 people, so we divided the rest of it and had a doggy bag each to take home. We had no alcholol prosecco, which still made me feel merry???The papadoms were nice, and the pickle portions were very generous. We had a naan between us. The waiter said it would be small and did we want to have the family sized? Luckily we said no- the naan itself was more than enough for 2 people anyway . The homemade desserts in the fridge looked absolutely delicious, but we were just so full from the main course that we couldn't eat anything else even though I was so tempted to try 1 and undo my belt after. If you can forego having alcohol, this place is highly recommended. I can't remember the last time I ate indian food that was so tasty. The only real fault I had with the place was it was just a little bit cold for me, especially with it being winter. Other than that there was nothing to fault from the service or food and drink, it was all very well done. There is parking outside too, and only a 2 minute walk from train/bus/tram station.

Went in for iftari buffet, the restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere, which quickly started to fill up closer to iftar time.Salad bar was already filled and the staff filled up the starters and main dishes up 5 minutes before iftari time so food was fresh and hot. There arnt too many dishes like the usual buffet restaurants, but for 14.99 you still get a decent variety, and honestly the food didn’t disappoint. The food was well seasoned and fresh, they had 5 or 6 starters all made fresh and around 5-6 curries. Me and family tried pretty much everything and all enjoyed the food.I was was very impressed by how quick and often the staff were refilling the dishes, especially when the staff themselves were also fasting but they did not stop and made sure all the guests were taken care off.

Love the food here. It has become my favorite place since i have come here. Everybody is very welcoming here. If i could eat everything in one day here i would have definitely trust me on this. Also they have added new desert options. A very much plus point for a sweet toothed person like me.Super recommend option for everybody. You won't regret my guarantee

Good quality food. Prices are on the higher end.Nice atmosphere. The music was slightly louder than I would have preferred. The only improvement I would say is that they should bring the nan/roti/rice at the time they bring the curry dish. Our Nan got cold as the dish came about 5 minutes after the rest of the items.

I am not sure what the Momota review is about below but this was not my experience this evening. The staff were all lovely and the food was plenty. The restaurant was fully booked out. Why can’t you just be happy for new business who are trying to start up. I really enjoyed my experience here, it’s local, the buffet was 14.99 to eat all you want. I have already started telling people about it. I would highly recommend and will return. Something we needed in Ashton.
